Excellent staff polite engaging from all departments, good english. The hotel is very clean and tidy great decor and a lovley buzz around the place. Hotel management make a note of name and room number which you don't see in other hotels, Spa facilities best we have seen. Kempinski is our preferred hotel brand especially this one

The location is good is in the central of bansko.you can walk around the city.Many restaurant and shop around this hotel.Also inside of this hotel they have sushi and teppanyaki restaurant.breakfast also good.Its also near from the cable car.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Our room was very big and comfortable. The indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi area was enjoyable. Close to the ski lifts. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and bars. Front office staff were helpful. Looking forward to our next visit.
