Our traveling group consisted of two parents, a two year old, and a grandparent. The hotel is warm. The rooms are clean. The food is varied and for the most part their own production. The spa and medical center are at a very good level. As it is a very frequented hotel you have to take into account the occupancy of the pool. As the water is mineral and this implies a limited stay in it, you should have no difficulty.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel - the food was great, the pools were wonderful and the staff was very friendly. The rooms are cozy as well. I see that people are complaining about the parking, but when we were there we had plenty of parking spaces available.Overall - a great hotel that I'm looking forward to visiting again!

High quality service, tasty food, amazing view, perfect for skiing or just relaxing SPA. It is not so far away from Sofia and you can make it for one night only though I would recommend at least 2 nights stay.

we had a great stay, staff is friendly, room and spa are clean , food was good too. we spend a week there, and we will come back for sure. The outside pool with hot water was our prefered place, steam room and sauna was great as well - recommend this place

I always stay in a junior apartment - it is excellent, with a very good view to the mountain. The food included in the HB is very delicious and huge variety. There are two issues: Parking is a problem and if the hotel is full, it is very noisy (ones I staid in a room at the second floor - it is not soundproof)

Brand new facility, nearby ski center Bansko, with amazing hor water swimming pool, both outdoor and indoor. We have stayed for only two days, but experienced beautiful time there. Foos is very good, chef came to check personally how are reactions of the guests......recommend it sincerely

The location is amazing; the hotel is stunning and surrounded by beautiful nature. Lovely people and great food. My room was lovely, very comfortable and cozy. The best place I've been to for relaxation and spa; highly recommend it!

Хотелът се намира до гората в края на село Баня. Стаите са големи и комфортни. Храната е превъзходна. Спа-услугите са на високо ниво. Физиотерапевтите, които правят медицинските процедури са добри специалисти. Персоналът е отзивчив.
