Харесаха · Εξαιρετικοί επαγγελματίες από το check in μέχρι το check out. Πεντακάθαρο, προσωπικό έτοιμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Τα κορίτσια στον παιδότοπο ευγενέστατα και πολύ πρόθυμες με τα παιδιά! Το spa επίσης πολύ καλό! Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας.

We had our doubts before booking in Bulgaria, as we’ve heard some rather alarming stats about the pandemic situation here. However, I can honestly say that we felt perfectly safe in Lucky Bansko - all measures were taken seriously, and we didn’t have any second thoughts on-site. The team does everything they should to ensure proper distancing, perfect hygiene, and smooth organization of the group activities. Thank you for making our vacation feel the way it should.

Hygiene and anti-epidemic measures are stringent but well organized, uniform, and unobtrusive for the guests. We toured a couple of other places during the last couple of years, and they felt either straight unsafe or too military-like. I appreciate how safe can still be laidback and ambient around here. Thank you for keeping the world feeling normal.

Excellent hotel in Bansko. We visited this place in the summer and enjoyed the nice spa. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Reception information was extensive with good english. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with furniture being a little worn but it was still ok. Bathroom was clean and it had all the amenities you could need. The breakfast was excellent, a nice surprise. Overall an excellent experience.

Lovely place. Studio was comfortable and clean. Kitchen in the studio was very well equipped up to the last detail. Nice terrace. Spa and pool were excellent. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. Will be back for sure.
