Здравейте! Мога да кажа, че хотелът е прекрасен, възхитителен .Аз и майка ми имахме страхотно изживяване там. Персоналът е на ниво с много добро отношение. Винаги, когато поисках нещо, се изпълняваше , организацията е на ниво!👍😊

Конферентната зала е на ниво. Любезен персонал, уютна обстановка, давам 5 звезди за конферентната зала. Не съм отсядала като гост на хотела и не мога да дам информация за стаите.

След основният ремонт който е извършен, хотела е ТОП. Стаите, СПА центъра, закуската всичко е превъзходно. Очарован съм. Браво!!!

Very comfortable rooms. Ample public areas. Excellent breakfast. Lovely swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. A short reasonable taxi ride to city centre and interesting sites. Walking distance to a huge and modern shopping center.

Liked · A beautiful hotel, well decorated, with great view of the garden from the restaurant.The room is clean, and it looks the same like in pictures. The bed is comfortable.The service is great, people at the reception, spa and restaurant are very helpful. Well equipped gym, morning swim at the pool was an experience.Wide range of options for breakfast. Tasty food! A very tasty omlette, fresh salads, uštipci, and we prepared a healthy bowl of fresh fruits and nuts.

Харесаха · Maison Sofia has become our favourite hotel in Bulgaria and perhaps anywhere in the world. Staff are lovely. The sauna, pool and exercise room are top class. The area is quiet yet easy to access. Pretty much perfect.Не харесаха · We have no complaints or disappointments in any way.
