Perfect and luxurious hotel located in the quietest part of the city. Wonderful food and great hospitality. I would like to go back. The underground restaurant is nicely stylized. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Great Hotel.

Located in walking distance to the old town, Eesidence city garden neighbours a park full of linden trees. The staff was helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and the bed comfort was top notch. Even though the rates are above hotels in Plovdiv, the difference is worth paying for a nice short trip.

Our room, the service, and our stay was perfect in every detail. It began when Selma met us out front to welcome us and show us where to park. Our room was elegant, comfortable, and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious and filling with excellent service. The hotel is situated in an ideal spot to enjoy walks in the park, and through City Centre, Kapana, and Old Town. We highly recommend it!

Great hotel, in a great location across from the singing fountains in the Plovdiv City Center. Staff are very friendly and speak English. Rooms are spacious, clean, and feel luxurious. I really liked the hotels line of toiletries, they smelled of roses. Would stay again. Only issue was street parking was always full but they have an underground parking garage that you have access with a vehicle elevator.
