Very good hotel, nice, cozy and clean! The staff are very responsive and polite!Very good location, easy to find. The region around the hotel is quite and perfect for vacation. The hotel is very close to the beach. There are market and pharmacy nearby the hotel.Recommend!

Amazing hotel,exeptional location and great service.. Nice rooms, excellent beach and pool, nice restaurant with good service at a very resonable price.Very beautiful place. The staff keeping the hotel very clean and the pool with the open view to the sea is just amazing.

The summer of 2016 was the first one, in many years, that I choose to spend my summer vacation on the coast of Bulgarian Black sea. My hotel decision was based on previous reviews and I choose Familu Hotel Venera. I spent there 10 days and was very pleased with the staff and how I was treated. The hotel was in very good condition, with great location and great food. I will gladly recommend it to anyone and I will be happy to spent again my future vacation there... Thank you!

We can fully recommend the family hotel Venera to spend your vacation in St. Vlas. Hotel stuff was really helpful and very friendly, hotel provides a lot of additional services (exchange, transport to the airport, etc.). It was perfect time in Bulgaria also thanks to the hotel Venera. P.S.: We have to mention waitress "Dilana" (hope that I remember correctly) she was absolutely perfect and helped us a lot (mainly for recommendations of some traditional Bulgarian dishes). Thanks!

Excellent food and service , away from loud parties and sleepless nights. For these one of us, who are looking for comfort and cosiness, combined with fresh air, sea and perfectly prepared rooms. My best vacation ever!

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable room and it was cleaned every day. Splendid hotel, friendly service and taste food. Excellent location near to the beach.A hotel worth visiting again!!!

This small family run hotel is most welcoming and helpful. The sheltered pool offers a peaceful place to swim and relax and the beach is only 100m away. The rooms are en suite, clean and comfortable. We stayed half board and the food was interestingly Bulgarian,albeit not for the Michelin seeker. Nor is the hotel for the faint hearted, during our stay we were the only Britons among largely monoglot Slovaks. However,many of the hotel's personnel speak excellent English.
