Everything was great - the team is very helpful and polite, the food is varied and delicious, the SPA area is wonderful, the rooms are clean and with a lovely view. I would definitely come back and recommend it!

The hotel is awesome, we stayed for 3 nights and evrything was great! Its very easy to find it because it is at the downtown area.The room, the pool, the restaurant was excellent, but the SPA was top! 10/10 :)

Clean rooms,nice swimming pool and nice and warm jacuzzis. Location of the hotel is close to center of city and also so easy to find it. And I think to repeat again. Such a wonderful spot. Everything was perfect.

Last weekend i was in Spa Hotel Rich with my family. This is the best journey which i've ever had. Everything was perfect. The staff is very kind. Our room was clean, comfortable and very beautiful. In the lobby bar and the Tavern Omar the food was very tasty and the portion was huge. Spa centre is the best in Bulgaria. I will come back in Spa Hotel Rich very soon.

Very spacious and luxury furnished rooms, excellent service and tasty food. I liked much the garden with fontain with all tents around it - exclusively pleasant place for relax. At the evening - good mood in the tavern with bulgarian folklor music.

Очаровани от обстановка, персоан, обсъжване, СПА и всичко в хотела. Не забравяйте да се посети механа Омар и да вкъсите от прекрасната храна приготвена с любов и много аромати. Невероятна атмосфера и добро настроение с живата музика. Не пропускайте и пиано бара към хотела.
