Excellent shop, would highly recommend! The staff were so friendly and their system for sorting out skis each day worked so well and ran smoothly. It’s so lovely when you’re tired at the end of the day to have someone take your boots off for you, equally having them put on each morning was great too and was a nice touch! We will be back when we next visit.

Superb service with attention to detail, great choice of gear even for advanced snb/ski riders, waxing every day, storage of your gear and shoes in a close proximity to the lifts. Serafim is super customer-oriented! Every day they would meet us few meters outside the shop when we returned from a day of riding to help us carry our gear to the shop (nice little touch). Thanks a lot guys, great value for money!

This is a great shop in Bansko and should be the place you go to rent your skis or snowboard as well as set up lessons. Everyone is so friendly and they remember you by name each time you come back. The prices are very competitive if not cheaper than some others nearby (I compared). I would not go anywhere else when I return to Bansko.

We have just had our first venture into a Ski holiday, and I have to say Tsakiris made our holiday. Staff where excellent and very helpful, the equipment was perfect. I have to mention Matt the Ski Instructor, he was excellent and made our holiday, he took us from non skiers to being able to Ski the blue runs. Thanks to all the Tsakiris team C Jones family

Highly recommended. Great prices, and the service is outstanding. The staff remember you day to day, assist you putting boots on, store personal gear overnight and even see you walking across the car park to carry your skis for you. Can not fault them.
