The staff was super kind and understanding.Everyone staying at the hotel was so friendly and constantly smiling.I’d highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Lozenets! Харесаха · We really enjoyed it, the hotel is small, clean and has everything you need. Perfect value for money. It is near the beach and the main streets with bars and restaurants.The staff was very kind, there is parking and what is important to us is that there is also iron on every floor that can be used by all the guests.

Харесаха · The room is very stylish and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean! There is a huge desk, the bed was great, the clothes storage area was big enough. The location is great - right in the center but quiet at the same time. The lady at the reception is very helpful. We felt at home and would totally go again :)
